applications (including both the mobile and web versions) (the “Apps”), as well as all
content (the “Content”) and software (the “Software”) associated with our services
(collectively referred to as the “Services”).

By using and/or accessing the Services, you are agreeing on behalf of yourself or those you represent (“you”) to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy in their entirety. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of another, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms. By creating an account for our Services, you affirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older. If you do not agree with any part of the Agreement, you may not use our Services.
Elite VPN may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on the Site. Continuing use of the Services after changes implies your agreement to the revised Terms. Always check the current version of the Terms on the Site.
Elite VPN values your privacy. We do not log user activity or personal data related to your VPN connection. Any personal information provided during registration is used strictly for service delivery. Review our Privacy Policy for detailed information.
Access to our Services requires account registration. By subscribing, you acknowledge the subscription terms and fees. Elite VPN has the right to adjust fees with proper notice. Auto-renewal of subscriptions occurs by default, based on your payment method. Each subscription allows usage on up to five devices simultaneously. For additional devices, contact our support team.
